About Todd
Todd Lawrence, MS, MAC, LAAC, is a Virtual IOP Therapist at Cornerstone Healing Center, bringing both personal experience and professional excellence to his work in addiction recovery. After a 19-year career as a firefighter, paramedic, and engineer, Todd entered treatment in 2012 at the Salvation Army Phoenix ARC. That life-changing experience not only transformed his own path but also inspired a deep passion to help others facing similar struggles with addiction and mental health.
Following his recovery, Todd remained at the Phoenix ARC for eight years, taking on roles as a transportation supervisor, peer support leader, and later, therapist and program director. During this time, he also earned his master’s degree in addiction counseling. Over the past 13 years, Todd has built a rich and varied career in the helping professions, including work in residential rehab, community health, private practice, hospice care, and clinical hospital settings. His dedication to recovery advocacy has led him to serve on the Phoenix ARC advisory board and participate in Governor Doug Ducey’s Angel Project.
Todd is known for his compassionate, client-centered approach, offering empathy, structure, and high-quality care to every individual he works with. He’s passionate about meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they rebuild their lives with clarity, strength, and renewed hope.
