About Frank

Frank Hernandez is a primary therapist at Cornerstone Healing Center in Scottsdale, where he blends authenticity, personal insight, and professional dedication to support clients on their healing journeys. His path to becoming a therapist began with a deep, honest reflection on his own life experiences and a desire to transform his hardships into a source of hope for others. Currently pursuing his Master’s degree, Frank is committed to ongoing growth and learning as he helps clients align their lives with their values, overcome challenges, and discover their own capacity for transformation.

Frank’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. He specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, identity exploration, and life transitions. Frank has a natural ability to help clients uncover hidden strengths, face the pain they’ve carried, and move from survival mode toward a more empowered, authentic way of living. His goal is for every client to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves and the tools to face life’s challenges with confidence.

Outside the therapy room, Frank lives his passion for mental health and personal growth through his creative work. He hosts The Healing Trail Podcast, blending hiking with meaningful conversations about mental health, and leads The North Scottsdale Book Club, where members explore books and research focused on self-development and behavioral science. Frank is also an avid runner, with a personal best of 11.4 miles, and finds peace in nature, whether on the trails or under the trees. A fan of The Godfather, Vietnamese cuisine, and anything fresh from the earth, Frank believes that both life and healing are about patience, reflection, and connection.
