Veronica Frash is the Director of Virtual IOP at Cornerstone Healing Center, where she leads with compassion, innovation, and a deep commitment to expanding access to care. Her recovery journey began in 2012 and continues to inspire the empathy and connection she brings to her work each day. With a background in both the recovery community and hospitality, Veronica naturally blends warmth and structure in her person-centered approach to mental health support.

After earning her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2023, Veronica helped launch Cornerstone’s Virtual IOP program—an initiative designed to bring high-quality care to clients in need of flexible, remote support. As a leader, she is passionate about reducing the mental health service gap, particularly in Arizona’s rural communities, where access is often limited. Her mission is to make therapy more inclusive, accessible, and effective for individuals seeking meaningful change in their lives.

Veronica is known for her heart-forward leadership style and her drive to create lasting impact within the field of mental health and addiction recovery. Whether she’s working behind the scenes to strengthen program delivery or supporting clients through systems of care, Veronica remains dedicated to ensuring that healing is within reach for everyone.
