At 40 years old, the stress of life and the never-ending thought of suicide finally became too much. I had the privilege of being placed in residential treatment. The staff is amazing, and one of the techs, Heath, ensured that all residents were taken care of and felt welcomed. After 30 days of residential, I was placed in Virtual IOP for 60 days. Samantha took the time to understand my needs and ensured I was receiving the care and therapy I needed. I also was glad to have Alex as my wellness coach. He took time out of his busy schedule to ensure that others in Virtual IOP were not struggling. He would take the time to meet with clients for one-on-one conversations.
