What is an intensive outpatient program (IOP)?
An IOP provides structured addiction treatment with the flexibility to maintain your daily commitments, such as work or family. Cornerstone offers 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day outpatient schedules tailored to your recovery needs.
How is an IOP different from a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)?
An IOP offers part-time, flexible treatment, typically several hours a day, allowing clients to return home or stay in our residential housing. A PHP provides more intensive daytime treatment but doesn’t require overnight stays.
Will I have access to housing during IOP treatment?
Yes, we provide safe, structured residential housing at no additional cost to clients who need it during their recovery.
Can I smoke during treatment?
We allow clients to smoke, but only in designated smoking areas. While we encourage healthy lifestyle changes, we understand that recovery is a personal journey and support you at every stage.
Do you treat co-occurring disorders like anxiety or depression?
