Cornerstone was a positive, life-changing experience for me. I have struggled with alcoholism for a long time. After a demoralizing relapse, I had nowhere to turn. By the grace of God, I found Cornerstone. This program not only helped me get sober, but it also gave me the tools to live a life of contentment and a deeper understanding of myself that I never had before.

What an excellent recovery center. I’ve never been to a place with such tremendous care for its clients. Therapists are fantastic, assignments are beneficial, and the dedication to clients’ well-being is outstanding. I owe a life debt to Cornerstone Healing Center, for without them, I would not have one right now.

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
An IOP is a structured addiction treatment program that allows individuals to receive therapy and support while maintaining their daily responsibilities, such as work, school, or family. It provides a flexible yet practical option for those seeking recovery without needing inpatient care.
How long do IOPs typically last?
Our IOP duration varies depending on individual needs. Clients can choose from 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day outpatient schedules. The length of the overall program depends on progress and specific recovery goals.
Do you offer housing or support during treatment?
Yes! We offer residential housing at no additional cost if needed during treatment. This supportive environment provides stability and helps foster a focus on healing and long-term recovery.
What types of therapies are included in the program?
Our IOP incorporates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These therapies help clients reshape negative thought patterns, manage emotions, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
How is IOP right for me?
IOP is ideal for those seeking flexible yet effective addiction treatment. It allows one to maintain daily commitments while receiving comprehensive care. Our team will assess your needs and guide you toward the best treatment plan, whether IOP, PHP, or another option.
Can I smoke during treatment?
We allow clients to smoke, but only in designated smoking areas. While we encourage making healthy lifestyle changes, including reducing or quitting smoking, we understand that recovery is a personal journey, and we support you wherever you are on that path.
