Estil Wallace is a father, husband, founder, entrepreneur, CEO, and investor.
He is the Founder and CEO of Cornerstone Healing Center, a renowned behavioral healthcare agency based in Arizona. Specializing in mental health and substance abuse treatment, Cornerstone has a variety of in-person and virtual programs serving. Under his leadership, Cornerstone has grown 15x and continues to grow.
Estil has worked in the recovery field for over 12 years. He has served 5A.org as the organization’s’ Executive Director, Board Member and President. Estil has also worked directly with alcoholics and drug addicts inside of the Maricopa County jail system including Tent City, Lower Buckeye, Durango and Towers Jail.
Estil’s story is one of perseverance and defying the odds. As a young teen, he was homeless and struggling with substance abuse. Through sheer grit, overcame addiction and became a successful entrepreneur and family man. His own struggle with substance abuse fuels his mission to inspire and guide others who have faced similar challenges. With extensive experience in both recovery and business, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals transform their lives. Estil’s efforts extend beyond Cornerstone; he has served as a mentor to hundreds of men, worked within the Maricopa County jail system as well as 2 Arizona non-profits serving the Arizona community.
Known for his authentic and passionate approach, Estil has been featured in media outlets such as Vice News and Recovery Today Magazine. He speaks from both lived experience and professional expertise, emphasizing that lasting change is possible for anyone willing to take action.
Whether mentoring young men seeking direction or developing educational tools like the Struggle & Strive podcast, he focuses on providing tactical, actionable advice grounded in real-world experience. His ability to blend his own experience with practical steps sets him apart as both a mentor and a peer walking the journey, alongside his audience.
Additionally, Estil has over 14 years of experience with inside/outside sales, management, networking and digital marketing. He believes that anyone can heal that has the willingness to change.
