Professional Statement

Melody is an Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. She graduated from Martin University. and has been in the human services field for over 20 years, while practicing as a therapist for close to 10 years. Melody is passionate about coming alongside those empathetically, who will allow her in their mental and emotional space while counting it as a privilege to compassionately meet them where they are, as she assist them in obtaining the goals that they foresee. Melody looks forward to engaging new individuals in support in growing, healing and learning new ways to address their challenges, overcome their fears, and face their obstacles as they walk toward the next chapter in their life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I think it is necessary to build rapport, and then once the client begins to open the door, to walk in.
