Trust Your Instincts. Your Teen Needs Help Now

When your teenager’s mental health is declining — grades slipping, self-harm, refusing to leave their room, or talking about not wanting to be here anymore — you know something has to change. But finding intensive help that actually works with your family’s life feels impossible.

Most programs require your teen to miss school, spend hours in a facility, or go on a waiting list while things get worse. And many teens refuse to go at all.

Virtual IOP changes everything.

Your teen gets intensive, evidence-based treatment, 9-12 hours per week with licensed adolescent therapists and specialists, from the privacy and safety of home. No stigma. No school disruption. No waiting.

Real Results, Independently Verified

We don’t just promise healing — we measure it. Our outcomes are verified by MHO Outcomes using the validated BASIS-32 assessment.

Will my teen actually engage in virtual therapy?

Many teens are more comfortable with virtual treatment than in-person therapy. They can be in their own space with less stigma, and our therapists are specially trained to engage adolescents through technology.

We follow strict ethical guidelines for adolescent treatment. Your teen has age-appropriate confidentiality, but we keep parents informed about safety issues and overall progress.

Absolutely. Virtual IOP for teens is designed around school schedules and teen commitments. Many teens actually improve academically during treatment.

We can help. We have extensive experience treating adolescent substance use alongside mental health conditions with evidence-based treatments designed specifically for teenagers.

Most teens participate for 10-14 weeks, but duration depends on individual needs and progress. We work with families to determine the right treatment length.

24/7 crisis support specifically trained for adolescent emergencies. Teens can reach out via phone, text, or secure chat with clear safety protocols.

Let's begin the journey together
