Recovery with Virtual IOP
Cornerstone’s Virtual IOP was built for people who expect more from online therapy sessions. It was built for those who have may have been attending individual therapy for some time, but need a stronger foundation for healing.
We go beyond once a week therapy sessions to create a full recovery ecosystem — licensed clinicians, a wellness coach whose main go, and small, consistent groups that build trust over time. Real people. Real accountability. Real change.
What is Virtual IOP?
Our virtual program is structured treatment you can join from home. It’s designed for people who need more than individual therapy alone and those who are ready for deeper support, stronger accountability, and real structure without putting life on pause.
- Licensed clinicians leading every session
- Group therapy sessions three times a week
- Weekly one-on-one-therapy tailored to your goals
- Licensed Care & Specialized Clinicians
- 8 weeks & up, customizable timeframes
It is real therapy, not a drop-in support group. If you’ve tried individual therapy or support groups, and have realized that you need deeper care, if you’re ready for healing, structure, and connection, our program is right for you.

Our Therapeutic Holistic Approach to Virtual Care
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Individual Therapy
Group Therapy
Holistic Treatments
Nutritional Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a core part of our treatment services. This therapy helps clients recognize and change negative thought patterns. You will learn healthier ways to handle stress and manage life’s challenges. CBT works hand-in-hand with group therapy to create a well-rounded recovery plan. For many, it is the foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) teaches skills to help manage intense emotions, build better relationships, and handle stress. This approach is especially helpful for those facing addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges. Through DBT, you will learn mindfulness, emotional regulation, and strategies to navigate difficult situations without engaging in harmful behaviors. We integrate DBT into our personalized recovery plans to ensure well-rounded care. These skills provide you with the tools to stay grounded and focused on your recovery.
Individual therapy provides a safe and private space for you to explore the root causes of your addiction and mental health problems. Working one-on-one with a therapist, you will identify triggers, develop coping skills, and create strategies to avoid relapse. This personalized support helps build self-awareness and resilience throughout recovery. Therapists also offer guidance and encouragement, helping you track progress and make meaningful changes. Individual therapy is important in establishing a solid foundation for lasting recovery.
Group therapy provides a sense of community and shared understanding. You can connect with others facing similar challenges, which reduces feelings of isolation and allows you to learn new coping strategies through group interactions. This supportive environment fosters accountability and motivation, enabling you to focus on your recovery goals and long-term sobriety.
We emphasize holistic therapies that address the mind, body, and spirit. This can include mindfulness practices, yoga, and nutritional counseling. These practices help you manage emotions and reduce stress. By focusing on being present without judgment, you can gain tools to create a strong foundation for recovery.
Good nutrition plays an essential role in physical and emotional recovery. Nutritional therapy helps you learn how balanced meals can boost energy, improve mood, and support overall well-being. Our program includes guidance on meal planning and creating long-term healthy eating habits. This therapy complements other wellness programs, such as fitness and meditation, to support a thriving lifestyle.

This place saved my life, the staff are some of the kindest most caring people I have ever met. I definitely struggled at first but once I gave the program my best effort some of the promises are already starting to happen. I am truly grateful for cornerstone healing center I still have a lot of work to do but I definitely learned how to forgive myself and how to love myself and how to be grateful in hard circumstances.

Cornerstone saved my son’s life! After multiple rehab failures, we were beyond hopeless and miserable. But thanks to a family friend who had major success with Cornerstone, my son decided to try one more time — and this time it worked! My son is now 3+ years clean and sober with a great job he loves and an awesome, happy and successful life!
Cornerstone’s unique approach to treatment plus its amazing, caring professionals and staff really made the difference.

I’ve never done better in my life than when I’ve been at cornerstone. Excellent iop program. The therapists there are amazing. BHTs are so understanding and actually help with whatever they can. The case management goes beyond just doing their job. Navigation is always there to help and never turns us down. The after care program isn’t like anything I’ve ever been through. I can’t hype this place up any more. If you need help I highly recommend this place. It’s a hard program because we lived a hard life. I can’t be any more appreciative of this place and the people running it. If they gave 10 stars I’d put 10.
